Website Design & Development:

Prior to Project Start: If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any deposited funds. Project in Progress: Once the project has commenced, refunds will be determined based on the completed work and the terms outlined in the SLA. Generally, partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. Consulting & Creative Services:

Packaged Services: Refunds for packaged services will be determined based on the specific terms outlined in the SLA. Generally, partial refunds may be considered based on the completed work and the nature of the package. Quality Assurance

Refund amount will be processed and credited within 15 days.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the website or services will be settled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the applicable SLA. In the absence of such provisions, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
